Launch into Literacy Book 3

Book 3 offers:

 - Five planeed units of work, each focused on one text type or genre: writing to perform (a play), to instruct, to express, to inform and to entertain (a story) giving pupils a thorough introduction to the way different genres work  

 - Study of exemplar texts with activities to teach the language knowledge and skills needed to write a final text of the same genre  focused language activities invloving comprehension, composition, grammar, punctuation, and word work in each unit  

 - A simple glossary of language terms.
