The book is a comprehensive, field-proven set of tools for effective business writing. Besides grammatical and stillisticheskih general recommendations in the book are hundreds of samples of business letters, so that the material generally covers most of the situations about which today's business is conducted all correspondence. (CD-ROM-as the book we have, unfortunately, is not.)
