Oxford Handbook of Commercial Correspondence

The reference book contains fifteen sections, each devoted to a different theme - for example, writing complaints, reports, correspondence in various business sectors.
Each section begins with a theory: a thematic vocabulary explanations, advice on how to start and finish a letter, stick to a style. Next are a few samples of business correspondence with comments in the margins. Final section reminder (Points to remember).
Reference is focused on the practical application, rather than decoration bookshelf, so the explanation at the beginning of each section, concise but informative. All tips are accompanied by useful expressions and examples of use.
